Our goal is to ensure people transition and adjust to the best possibilities of success. We believe that peer support is essential in building trust and developing relationships with individuals who have experienced homelessness. Our peer support program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual\, providing the guidance\, encouragement\, and accountability necessary to achieve long-term success.

DESCRIPTION:Feet Forward typically sets up at the southeast corner of Central Park. \n\n\n\nEvery Tuesday\, year-round\, Boulder Feet Forward at Haven Ridge offers a peer-led\, low-barrier\, housing-focused community event at 11AM at Boulder’s Central Park\, where we provide peer support\, navigation services\, on-site housing assessments\, and direct connections to local service providers. We serve an average of 104 individuals every week within an hour\, providing hot high-value meals\, health and wellness resources\, weather-appropriate clothing\, and more. \n\n\n\nOur peer program provides housing-focused support through every step of a person’s journey out of homelessness\, including aftercare. Our goal is to ensure people transition and adjust to the best possibilities of success. We believe that peer support is essential in building trust and developing relationships with individuals who have experienced homelessness. Our peer support program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual\, providing the guidance\, encouragement\, and accountability necessary to achieve long-term success.
