DESCRIPTION:Feet Forward provides an umbrella of services and resources for those experiencing homelessness in Boulder\, including low-barrier peer support and navigation that often begins at our weekly outreach event and follows them along with their journey out of homelessness. In addition to this critical support\, we provide hot meals\, weather-appropriate clothing\, a portable charging station\, and seasonal haircuts. \n\n\n\nEvery Tuesday\, you can find us at Boulder’s Central Park directly at the Bandshell from 2:30 to 4:00 pm. \n\n\n\nWe create a trusting community for those currently experiencing homelessness and those who have exited it. Our lived experience in this community increases our trust and ability to connect with those we serve – from lending a trusted ear to assisting with housing lotteries\, we know the system and how to navigate it. Our goal is to ensure people transition and adjust to the best possibilities of success. We believe that peer support is essential in building trust and developing relationships with individuals who have experienced homelessness. Our peer support program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual\, providing the guidance\, encouragement\, and accountability necessary to achieve long-term success.

DESCRIPTION:Feet Forward typically sets up just southeast of the Bandshell\, between benches and 13th street. \n\n\n\nEvery Tuesday\, year-round\, Boulder Feet Forward at Haven Ridge offers a peer-led\, low-barrier\, housing-focused community event at 2:30PM at Boulder’s Central Park\, where we provide peer support\, navigation services\, on-site housing assessments\, and direct connections to local service providers. We serve an average of 104 individuals every week within an hour\, providing hot high-value meals\, health and wellness resources\, weather-appropriate clothing\, and more. \n\n\n\nOur peer program provides housing-focused support through every step of a person’s journey out of homelessness\, including aftercare. Our goal is to ensure people transition and adjust to the best possibilities of success. We believe that peer support is essential in building trust and developing relationships with individuals who have experienced homelessness. Our peer support program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual\, providing the guidance\, encouragement\, and accountability necessary to achieve long-term success.
